Our EKA Actors feature regularly in ITV's 'Boy mets Girl'. The series was filmed in Manchester and also features many artists from our Extras Division 'EuroXtras'.

About 'Boy meets Girl'

Rachael Stirling and Martin Freeman star in Boy Meets Girl, a fast paced, stylish new comedy drama which hilariously transcends the gender divide.

Freeman plays dreamer Danny Reed, whose life is turned upside down when he is struck by lightning and wakes to find himself trapped in a woman’s body.

Instead of being a scruffy DIY store worker with no prospects, he has now swapped lives with glamorous female fashion journalist Veronica Burton, played by Stirling.

Danny suddenly has to learn how to walk in stilettos and put on a bra, how to deal with the amorous advances of Veronica’s boyfriend Jay (Paterson Joseph) and how to pass himself off as a fashion expert while also trying to find out what has happened to his old self.

Will Danny find his way back to his old life, and if he does, will he still want it?

Filmed in Manchester, Boy Meets Girl is written by talented new writer David Allison, produced by Alison Lumb and directed by Alrick Riley. Starts on Friday, 1st may 09 at 9pm
